An administrative law judge has ruled that the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency can move forward with new regulations that would require manufacturers to deliver more electric cars and hybrids for sale at Minnesota car lots. BUT some state senators on the Environment Committee are threatening to stop funding for our state parks and other outdoor programs if the new regulations move ahead.
